Ink pads - highly pigmented and colorful stamp inks

Step 1: Remove the cover of the ink pad and lay it flat on the table so that it cannot slip.
Step 2: Carefully dab the underside of the stamp into the foam layer of the pad until the stamp rubber is completely covered with ink.
Tip: Make sure that there is not too much ink on the rubber so that the imprint does not smear.
Step 3: Now press the stamp evenly onto the stationery so that every part of the stamp rubber touches the paper and a complete impression is made.

Which colors do we see at different times of the year? How do the color tones interact with each other? Which motifs go with which color tones? Simply stamp several colors with a stamp motif of your choice on a scratch paper close to each other and see at first glance which colors harmonize well with each other.

Step 1: Shake the refill bottle well before use to ensure that the color pigments are evenly spread.

Step 2: Apply a few blobs of color from the refill bottle to the foam layer of the cushion.

Step 3: Then blend the color with a large-area stamp and work it in.

Tip: No worries if a different color accidentally gets into your pad, e.g. due to ink residue on the stamp rubber, you can easily refresh the ink pad by refilling it!

1. Lay out a damp sponge cloth on a plate.

2. Clean the stamp after using the first color on the sponge cloth, wipe it several times & additionally check if the rubber edges are clean.

3. Stamp the stamp on a scratch sheet to remove ink residues from the rubber.

4. Now you can use the next stamping ink without dirtying the pad.

Tip: It is best to stamp from light to dark - this way you avoid dark colors in light ink pads.

Sometimes small ink residues of other color tones get into the ink pad. But there are ways to freshen it up and make the ink usable again.

For small stains:
Take a large stamp motif and rub the stamp back and forth several times on the foam layer of the pad, so that the ink stain is evenly distributed and the pad takes on a uniform tone again.

For larger stains:
If the pad is a little more dirty, our refill bottles will help. Add new ink pigments to the ink pad with the refill bottle and use it to make ink residues disappear.
However, if your pad is very dirty, a new ink pad may be the solution.
